We were happy with the cleanliness of the hotel, and its location close to the city center and transportation. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The public transportation was within a short walking distance from the hotel, which made it easy for me to get to all my business meetings. the room was also cleaned every day, which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was great as it was situated in an area that had plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
The Wi-Fi connection was poor and it only worked in certain areas of the room. the walls were also quite thin, which made it difficult to have privacy and I could often hear the conversations of my neighbors.

Great location close to main attractions and easy access to transportation. Superb New Year's Eve ambiance.
Uncomfortable chairs and beds. Limited kitchen supplies and towels that weren't up to standard.

Quiet location near city centre. Short walk to major attractions. Convenient tram stops nearby. Frequent and punctual trams to Centraal. Clean room with daily cleaning. Fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and accommodating host. Safe neighbourhood with supermarket across the road.
